Client did get spouse to sign a waiver of service. Only problem is the spouse signed it before filing their Petition. The waiver of service is no good.
The Original Petition and Divorce Decree are complex documents. Best let the Earl Jackson and the jackson Law Group staff do it. Do it right the first time.
